A wager may be declared void in the following circumstances, among others: an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; a market is settled incorrectly due to a system error or data-feed failure; the wager was accepted at an odds price that was manifestly incorrect (a "palpable error"); or the outcome of an event has been materially affected by illegal activity such as match-fixing.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting two777 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining cash balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
